Terms of Use
The service
Food Hygiene Radar is provided "as is" by KINDAFAMOUS LTD (company number 17502274), registered in England and Wales, with registered office at Studio 9, 50–54 St Paul's Square, Birmingham B3 1QS ("we"). It shows food hygiene ratings published by the Food Standards Agency from local council inspections. We are not the FSA and are not endorsed by it.
Ratings are a snapshot
A rating reflects the standards found on the inspection date. Things may have changed since. We show ratings as published and cannot change them. Do not rely on the app as your only source for health, allergy or safety decisions.
Allergens
Allergy alerts come from the FSA. A missing alert does not mean a food is safe for you. Always check with the business.
Purchases
Paid access is sold through Apple's App Store. Purchases, renewals and refunds are subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Apple's payment terms. Manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
Fair use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass its limits, or scrape or resell its data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KINDAFAMOUS LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on the ratings it shows. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits your rights as a consumer under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
